Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Mumbai. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day customer queries, ensure customer satisfaction, provide online support, and resolve customer issues. Responsibilities will also include offering technical support and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach
  • Experience in the electronics or IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
