Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage day-to-day operations including invoice preparation, warehouse & stock control, and customer service support. The role requires coordination between sales, logistics, and customers to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing & Documentation
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately.
- Maintain billing records and ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliations.
Warehouse & Stock Management
- Maintain stock levels and update inventory records.
- Monitor inward & outward movement of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accuracy.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Provide product and order status updates to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/Inventory systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in invoicing, stock management, or customer service preferred.
Compensation:
- Salary as per industry standards.
