Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
  • Update and manage customer information in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to convert leads into clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations and send proposals to clients.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide prompt support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
