About the Role

We are looking for a Client Onboarding & Documentation Coordinator to act as the key bridge between our Relationship Managers (RMs), clients, and the documentation team. This role ensures that all onboarding, KYC, and investment documentation are processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining a seamless client experience.

You will be the central point of contact for all documentation-related communication — ensuring smooth coordination, timely follow-ups, and error-free execution. This position demands strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities, along with a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

·      Act as the liaison between Relationship Managers, clients, and the documentation team for all onboarding and investment processing requirements.

·      Coordinate collection and verification of KYC documents, application forms, and other required information from clients.

·      Track and ensure timely completion of all account-opening, SIP setup, and investment documentation processes.

·      Review forms for completeness and accuracy before submission to the operations/documentation team.

·      Maintain status trackers and proactively update RMs and clients on progress or pending requirements.

·      Ensure all client information is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with regulatory norms.

·      Work closely with the documentation team to resolve any discrepancies or rejections promptly.

·      Support Relationship Managers with administrative and backend tasks related to client servicing.

·      Continuously identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements


• Graduate degree (preferably in Commerce, Finance, or a related field).


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.


• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with documentation tools.


• Prior experience in financial services or client onboarding will be an advantage.
