The Client Onboarding & Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process for new clients, as well as maintaining ongoing client satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks will include managing client accounts, providing customer support, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve any issues that may arise.
