About the Role:

Were looking for a hands-on IT leader to strengthen, optimize, and scale Byline's digital learning ecosystem — including our LMS, eLearning platforms, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ITIL, service management, information security, and governance, along with experience managing LMS/eLearning platforms and leading cross-functional tech teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance LMS and eLearning platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS).
  • Lead IT operations, incident/change management, and service governance.
  • Strengthen information security, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Drive system scalability, uptime, and performance optimization.
  • Lead the IT & LMS team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage vendors, infrastructure, and post-implementation support.

Preferred Background:

  • 8–12 years of experience in IT service delivery, LMS administration, and information security.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, cloud systems (Azure), and governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, New Relic, Jira, and CMDB tools.
  • Experience in banking/fintech or security-driven industries preferred.

Location: Baner, Pune |

Work from Office (5 days a week, alternate Saturdays)
