Job Title: Senior Manager Operations

Location: Pune

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to join us as a Senior Manager Operations. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The Senior Manager Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the operational strategy to meet and exceed business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership, contributing to organizational decision-making.
  • Spearhead initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, scalability, and flexibility. 

  2. Operational Oversight:
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring strict compliance with established processes and standards.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement measures to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and flexibility.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain operational risk management strategies. 

  2. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and value creation.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights and solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and ensure effective resolution of client concerns. 

  2. Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Develop and implement talent development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the operations team.
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance during periods of organizational change or expansion.
  • Collaborate with HR for recruitment and talent acquisition to build a skilled and motivated team.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for the operations team. 

  2. Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Process Excellence team to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational processes to ensure alignment with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and tools to streamline operations.
  • Drive innovation in operational processes through the implementation of new technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field]; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior management roles within business process management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
