We've launched in India and are looking for a
hands-on Head of Operations
who's excited to
build the engine of the business
alongside the founder.

What You'll Actually Do Here

This isn't a desk-only role — you'll be in the trenches, figuring things out as we go. Some of the things you'll own:

  • Supply Chain & Vendors
  • Source and manage manufacturers, suppliers, and packaging partners.
  • Negotiate contracts (without killing relationships).
  • Keep quality and compliance (FSSAI, etc.) tight.
  • Marketplaces & 3rd-Party Partners
  • Set up and manage our presence on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
  • Identify and onboard third-party vendors (warehousing, logistics, distribution).
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, operations, and performance tracking.
  • Logistics & Fulfillment
  • Make sure orders get to customers on time, every time.
  • Build simple, reliable systems for inventory, shipping, and returns.
  • Process Building
  • Create SOPs that actually work (not 50-page manuals no one reads).
  • Bring in tools/tech where it makes sense.
  • Team & Growth
  • Start solo, but as we scale, help bring in the right people.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to stay aligned.

Who You Are

  • 5–12 years in
    operations/supply chain/logistics
    , ideally in FMCG, nutraceuticals, or consumer brands.
  • Have actually
    set things up
    , not just managed what was already there.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean startup.
  • Know your way around
    marketplaces + third-party vendor networks
    in India.
  • Problem-solver, resourceful, and okay with ambiguity.
  • Excited by equity and long-term upside (not just a monthly paycheck).
