Role Description
This full-time position of Relationship Manager is an on-site role based in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, understanding their real estate investment needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include meeting sales objectives, identifying new business opportunities, handling client queries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The individual will play an essential role in contributing to Realty Assistant's reputation as a trusted and customer-focused real estate advisory firm.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in building strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and understanding client needs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, property trends, and realty regulations in India is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or an equivalent field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools for customer management is beneficial.
