Publicis Sapient is on the lookout for a visionary Senior Manager Technology - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our innovative team. Your Impact:

• Lead Sales Opportunities: Spearhead RFP responses, proposal delivery, estimation, and pricing to secure new business and enhance client relationships.
• Architect & Design Solutions: Define and implement solution architectures for global customer engagement and web content management platforms, integrating technologies across Adobe Experience Cloud (such as AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target etc.) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP, AJO, CJA etc.).
• Develop Digital Experiences: Create high-quality digital consumer experiences using Adobe marketing and experience cloud products, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
• Mentor & Guide Teams: Provide direction to senior developers, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and ensure the delivery of robust AEM implementations.
• Manage Projects: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring effective estimation, planning, and delivery to maintain quality and profitability.
• Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with clients to develop end-to-end specifications and solution architectures, representing Publicis Sapient's technical expertise.
• Define Best Practices: Establish standards for performance, security, and scalability of digital platforms, ensuring high-quality solution delivery.

Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience:

• Extensive AEM Experience: Overall experience of 12 to 16 years with 7+ years of hands-on experience with AEM and other Adobe marketing cloud products.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak, and Adobe Dispatcher/Publisher.
• Java Proficiency: Deep understanding of Java technologies, including Java 8/11/17, Servlets, JSP, HTL/Sightly, and JSTL.
• Integration Skills: Experience with MarTech products and technologies such as Salesforce CRM, SSO/OAuth, and API Gateways.
• Frontend Knowledge: Familiarity with frontend technologies like Bootstrap, ReactJS, NextJS, Angular, CSS3, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Performance & Security Testing: Proficient in performance and security testing for AEM platforms, including load model creation and OWASP concepts.
• Cloud & DevOps: Strong understanding of cloud and DevOps architecture, including load balancers, CDN, resiliency and disaster recovery.

Set Yourself Apart With:

• GenAI knowledge: Experience in leveraging GenAI for different phases of the SDLC.
• Search Engine Implementation: Experience with search engines like Solr, Elastic Search, Algolia, Coveo, or Lucene.
• Quality Processes: Knowledge of continuous integration tools (Bitbucket Pipelines / Bamboo / Jenkins), SonarQube, and automated testing.
• Ecommerce Integration: Experience with ecommerce products like Hybris, Magento, and microservices-based architecture.
• Mobile App Experiences: Exposure to native / hybrid app development in building rich applications delivering optimal performance.
