As part of our digital growth journey, we are looking for an
Senior Manager – Strategies & Operations
to drive and enhance our digital ecosystem. This includes managing email and WhatsApp marketing, Zoho CRM, automation tools, and AI-led operations. The ideal candidate is a high-performing professional with strong experience in marketing or operations within the financial or related industry, capable of building systems, improving processes, and enabling client-centric communications through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead multi-channel client communication (Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).


• Own CRM management, dashboards, and analytics for strategic decisions.


• Implement AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and personalization.


• Drive digital lead generation and optimize high-value client pipelines.


• Streamline processes, documentation, and internal reporting.


• Mentor junior team members and advise leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's in Business/Finance/Marketing; MBA preferred.


• 5–7+ years in marketing, digital operations, or strategy, financial services or related preferred.


• Strong CRM (Zoho/Salesforce) and automation tool experience.


• Skilled in analytics, AI tools, and process improvement.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills.


• Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes.
