We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Recruitment team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from job portals and internal databases
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers
  • Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers
  • Assist in employer branding activities and social media outreach
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Requirements:

  • Recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
