Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lipo Battery Production Manager located in Gurugram. The Lipo Battery Production Manager will oversee daily operations related to the production of lithium polymer batteries. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, overseeing staff, and coordinating with the procurement team for materials. The manager will also ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, troubleshoot production issues, and work on continuous process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in battery production, manufacturing processes, and quality control
- Knowledge of lithium polymer battery technology and safety standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement production schedules and process improvements
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the drone or electronics industry is a plus
