About the Role

As a Barista cum Server, you'll be the heart of our café — greeting guests, crafting beautiful beverages, and delivering exceptional service with a smile. You will help set the tone for our café from Day 1

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm
• Guide customers through our menu, specials & new launches
• Prepare a wide range of coffees, teas, and specialty beverages
• Take orders accurately and manage billing/cash register operations
• Serve guests efficiently and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support smooth café operations and uphold our service standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Barista or Café Server preferred (freshers with strong passion may apply)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and a genuine love for coffee & people
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability, teamwork, and a desire to grow with us
