Position: Server / Barista

Location: New Town (Upcoming Café)

We are excited to expand our team and are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us as Server Baristas for our new outlet in New Town.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and inform them about specials or new menu items
• Answer customer queries and take orders accurately
• Prepare and serve various coffee beverages and specialty drinks
• Operate the cash register and handle payments efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, service area, and washrooms
• Support smooth café operations during peak hours

Qualifications

• Minimum Class 10 pass
• Basic understanding of English
• Willingness to learn about coffee, food preparation, and café operations
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Availability to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹20,000.00 per month
