**STATUS**

Full time after confirmation

**POSITION TASKS & PRIORITIES**:

- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments
- Accurately take customer orders and operate cash registers
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely fashion
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and washroom
- Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
- Prepare Coffee orders including all types of Coffee, Expresso, Cappuccino, and other specialty drinks
- Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality
- Follow all healthy and safety regulations

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in food and Beverage preparation or customer service preferred
- Training and willingness to continue learning beverage preparation and customer service
- Exceptional Listening and communication skills
- Ability to walk, bend and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work around peak hours, including early mornings, weekends and holidays
- Ready to work in shifts
- A polite and engaging personality
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Willingness to work as a part of high energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Immediate joiners preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
