8th Day Cafe & Bakery is hiring Server Barista for SaltLake/Southern Avenue location Please find below the requirements:
**POSITION TASKS & PRIORITIES**
- **Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments**:

- **Prepare Coffee orders including all types of Coffee, Expresso, Cappuccino, and other speciality drinks**:

- **Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality**:

- **Accurately take customer orders and operate cash registers**:

- **Provide excellent customer service in a timely fashion**:

- **Updating signage and displays to attract customers**:

- **Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and washrooms**:

- **Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed**:

- **Follow all healthy and safety regulations**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Experience in food and Beverage preparation or customer service preferred**:

- **Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation**:

- **Exceptional Listening and communication skills**:

- **Ability to walk, bend and stand for extended periods**:

- **Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.**:

- **Ready to work in shifts**:

- **A polite and engaging personality**:

- **Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence**:

- **Willingness to work as a part of high energy, efficient team in a fast paced environment**:

- **Freshers with good communication skills can also apply**:

- **Immediate joiners preferred**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
