We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in Talent Management.

Job Description:

  • Lead execution of actions around identification and rollout of leadership development initiatives.
  • Assist content design and development of content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Drive actions related to communication strategies to ensure program visibility and engagement.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to facilitate career planning.
  • Lead execution of succession planning processes and ensure readiness of talent pipelines.
  • Analyze data to identify gaps and propose interventions.
  • Own the process of identifying and developing high-potential employees.
  • Monitor progress and p leadership.
  • Refine and maintain the leadership competency framework.
  • Ensure integration with performance and development processes.
  • Lead culture initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
  • Provide advisory support on best practices and change management.
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support business continuity planning and management reviews.
  • Work with the Service Management team to ensure proper escalation and resolution of issues.
