Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati for a Senior Executive - Fit-Out. The role involves managing and supervising the fit-out processes for new and existing stores, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and vendors, overseeing the implementation of design layouts, managing budgets effectively, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and safety standards. Regular progress reports to stakeholders and the resolution of on-site issues will also be integral responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in project management, site supervision, and handling fit-out works.
  • Technical knowledge related to construction, interior design, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and ensuring timely project deliveries.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance requirements in retail setups.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the retail or construction industry.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Guwahati and manage field operations effectively.
