Job Description – Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer and Illustrator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of creativity and storytelling, with experience in branding and design for kids' products, toys, and games - as well as in digital media design for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand communication.

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing engaging, market-relevant graphics, illustrations, and brand assets that capture attention and align with our diverse portfolio of brands. You'll collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life - from product packaging and character illustrations to digital ads, social media creatives, and brand identities.

  1. Proficient in creative suites like Figma, 3ds Max or Adobe ( Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Lightroom, etc)
  2. To conceptualise and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.
  3. Manage end-to-end campaign production — not just the creation of design assets, but also contributing to ideation and strategy. Ensure smooth coordination across teams, maintain creative quality.
  4. Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software and apply typography techniques
  5. Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
  6. Reviewing co- designers' work, if any, to ensure high quality.
  7. Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval.
  8. Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc
  9. Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
  10. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our ongoing projects.
  11. Working in branding collaterals like logo, office letterhead, packaging etc
  12. Liaise with Strategy teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  13. To execute motion graphics as and when need arises.
  14. Timely execution of video editing work for clients as well as internal requirements.

What are we looking for?

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  2. Digital marketing agency experience preferred
  3. 2-4 years of industry experience.
  4. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  5. Experience in both Digital (Social Media is a must) and Print media
  6. Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, layout, and character design.
    • Knowledge about printing processes is a plus.
  7. Ability to translate creative concepts into practical and marketable designs.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  9. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
