Roles and Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure work progress as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.
  • Supervise construction activities such as excavation, concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, finishing, etc.
  • Ensure proper deployment of manpower, materials, and machinery at site.
  • Verify that works are carried out in compliance with quality and safety standards.

2. Planning & Coordination

  • Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.
  • Coordinate with planning engineers, subcontractors, and other departments to meet project deadlines.
  • Attend progress review meetings and provide updates on work status, site constraints, and material requirements.
  • Ensure effective coordination between civil, electrical, plumbing, and other services.
