Location: Remote

Duration: 2+ months

Work timing: Eastern Time Zone [EST]

Job Description:

The Offshore SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Techno-functional Consultant will assist onshore Payroll Leads with configuration, unit testing, and general customer support.

MUST HAVE SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification

Job Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of SAP Payroll (PY) configuration for USA and Canada (or other relevant country-specific schemas).
  • Payroll schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).
  • Wage type configuration and valuation.
  • Payroll area and control record management.
  • Infotype management (e.g., IT0008, IT0014, IT0015).
  • Retroactive accounting and off-cycle processing.
  • Strong knowledge of Gross-to-Net payroll processing, tax calculations, and statutory compliance (BSI Tax Factory for US payroll).

Job Skills:

System and Integration Knowledge

  • Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Integration knowledge with:
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • BSI Tax Factory.
  • Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules for posting payroll results.
  • Interfaces with third-party benefits, time, and tax vendors.

Technical Proficiency

  • Ability to read/debug payroll logs and analyze results.
  • Understanding of Declustered tables and payroll result tables (e.g., RT, CRT, BT).
  • Experience with:
  • Custom PCR and schema enhancements.
  • ABAP basics for reading/writing functional specifications.
  • Payroll results reporting using standard or custom reports.
  • Strong experience in PCC configuration and process knowledge.
  • Ability to resolve issues/problems in PCC.
