Please find the below job description and kindly share me your updated CV to Title:SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Contract - Remote - Immediate)roleExperience Level: 8-10 YearsContractNotice Period: Immediate to 15 DaysLocation : Remote/ WFHShift Timings: US Shift - 11:30 pm - 8:30 amNote: Please do not apply if you don't meet the criteriaKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of theSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)module.Configure foundational EC components includingFoundation Objects, Employee Data Models, Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Reasons.Set upPosition Management ,Global Benefits , andAdvanced Workflowsbased on client requirements.Manage and designRole-Based Permissions (RBP)frameworks to ensure secure access control across user roles and data levels.Create and managePeople Analytics Story Reportsand dashboards to monitor workforce data such as headcount, attrition, organizational changes, and compliance metrics.Supportdata migration activities ,data loads , and validation using templates and tools such as the Import Employee Data feature.Configure and manageIntegration Centerfor EC-to-EC module data flows and integrations with third-party systems.Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system configurations and best practices.Performsystem testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionacross EC and integrated modules.Providetraining, documentation, and post-go-live supportto business users and system administrators.Stay current onSAP SuccessFactors EC release updates, new features, and best practices.Regards,
