Job description

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent or MBA HR
  • More than 8 years of experience in implementing the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module mandatory
  • Experience in at least 2 SAP SF EC implementations
  • Experience with Time Off andor Timesheet modules is advantageous
  • SAP SF Employee Central Certification
  • Knowledge of Payroll PY is a plus
  • Familiarity with Organizational Management OM and Personnel Administration PA is desirable
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Address complex functional and technical issues with a primary focus on SAP SF Employee Central
  • Collaborate with business units to identify document and resolve opportunities and existing challenges
  • Effectively resolve functional issues and oversee system configuration in alignment with client guidelines
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation training and communication on features and process changes
  • Contribute to the design of new enhancements and business processes to improve organizational efficiency
