Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Experience: 3–4 Years | Type: Full-time / Consultant | Location: [Client location-Hyderabad] We are looking for an experiencedSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultantwith 3–4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supportingSAP SuccessFactors EC & Payrollmodules. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure payroll processes, manage data migration, and ensure seamless EC–ECP integration while maintaining configuration workbooks and documentation. You will be responsible forend-to-end payroll configuration , including pay structures, schemas, pay groups, calendars, and retroactive runs. The role also involves conductingclient workshops , updatingproject workbooks , preparingfunctional specifications , performingtesting (UAT/parallel runs) , and providingpost-go-live support . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you’ll engage directly with clients and internal project teams. Key Skills:SAP SuccessFactors ECP configuration, EC–ECP integration, Payroll Control Center, Workflows, Business Rules, Workbooks Management, Client Communication, Testing & Documentation. Preferred:SAP SuccessFactors Certification (ECP), experience in Indian payroll, and good understanding of SAP Activate methodologyRequired Skills & Experience 3–4 years of relevant experience inSAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementation At least1–2 end-to-end implementationsinECP(must have). Strong understanding of: Employee Central Core (EC) Payroll Configuration (Schema, Rules, Wage Types, Pay Components, etc.) Payroll Control Center (PCC) EC ↔ ECP Integration (via Compound Employee / Point-to-Point) Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Reasons Hands-on experience withconfiguration workbooks ,data validation , andtesting cycles . Ability to handleclient communications and functional workshopsindependently. Good understanding ofSAP Provisioning ,Data Models , andRole-Based Permissions (RBP) . Familiar withpost-go-live support processesandticket management tools(ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.). Strong documentation and presentation skills.
