This role ensures accurate payroll processing, compliance with local and global regulations, and seamless integration with HR systems.Key Responsibilities: Configure and manageSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payrollmodule. Ensure compliance withlocal and international payroll regulations , tax requirements, and statutory reporting. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to support payroll operations and resolve issues. Performsystem testing, validation, and documentationfor payroll processes. Handlepayroll data migration , integration, and reconciliation tasks. Providetraining and supportto HR staff on payroll functionalities. Monitor and maintainsystem updates , patches, and enhancements. Develop and maintainpayroll-related reports and analytics .Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience inSAP SuccessFactors ECP ,SAP HCM Payroll , or similar platforms. Deep understanding ofpayroll processes , including gross-to-net calculations, deductions, and compliance. Familiarity withintegration toolslike SAP CPI or Dell Boomi. Knowledge ofUS, Canada, or India payroll regulations(based on region). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications: SAP SuccessFactors Payroll certification. Experience withEmployee Central ,Time Management , andBenefitsmodules.
