Sales Manager – International Business

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven professional to join our team as an International Sales Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and convert leads from international markets, build a strong global client pipeline, and drive revenue growth by promoting Bright Brain's digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international sales, a strong understanding of digital marketing services, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Location: Churchgate , Mumbai
Work Mode: Hybrid
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute robust sales strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve revenue targets.
● Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Decision-Makers across geographies.
● Conduct market research to identify new international opportunities and analyze industry trends globally.
● Handle inbound inquiries from international clients and proactively reach out to generate outbound leads.
● Qualify leads, present tailored digital marketing solutions, and convert them into long-term contracts.
● Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and high client satisfaction.
● Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, delivery, and design) to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
● Prepare detailed reports on international sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback for management review.
● Stay updated with global digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
Technical Skills
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Media, Social Media Marketing, Communication Design, etc.).
● Proven experience in international client acquisition and sales operations.
● Familiarity with international lead generation platforms, qualification processes, and CRM systems.
● Experience in handling sales analytics, reporting, and proposal creation.
● Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and CRM/sales tools.
Soft Skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any additional foreign language is a plus).
● Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
● Ability to engage with senior decision-makers across global markets.
● Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
● Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and client relationship building.
● Cultural awareness and adaptability to international business practices.
Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
● Minimum 2+ years of experience in International Sales (preferably in a digital marketing agency or paid advertising agency).
