Roles and Responsibilities

Direct Sales

  • Will be responsible for direct sales in Asia- Pacific Region Inc. Australia & NZ.
  • Follow up on all leads (downloads) received from the website and other sources
  • Make online / face to face product demonstrations to all prospects and customers in all industry verticals in your territory.
  • Make proposals, price offers, negotiate, close deals in your sales territory
  • Actively participate in management meetings and participate in Sales Strategy discussions.
  • Training and mentoring the other sales team members and make sure that they are aware of all the new features to help them address the customers needs better.

Pre-Sales and Technical Support

  • Make sure that all your prospects and customers are getting the required support from a customer service engineer to help resolve their problem.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Presentable & Good Leadership Skills - Proven sales experience in software or software services.

  • Perseverance. Makes all possible effort to understand the viewpoints of external and internal customers.

  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

  • Customer focused: Should have an ability to engage the customers and partner to ramp up business support at the same time being able to deliver value.

  • Hands-on problem-solving aptitude, with ability to conceptualize the right solutions for complex and diverse business needs.

  • Excellent people skills and capability to play as a significant contributor in diversified teams.
