Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases (manual & automated) for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects; ensure timely resolution with the development team.
  • Collaborate with product & engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, coding practices, and security norms.
  • Use tools for API testing, automation frameworks, and bug tracking (e.g., JIRA, Postman, Selenium, Appium, TestNG, etc.).
  • Generate QA reports, test coverage analysis, and quality metrics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing.
  • Familiarity with SQL, API testing (Postman/Swagger), Selenium, Appium, JMeter (or similar).
  • Experience in testing web, mobile apps, and fintech platforms is a plus.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of QA/testing experience in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or SaaS-based products.

Experience in automation frameworks will be an added advantage.
