Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sr. Collection Manager. The Sr. Collection Manager will oversee and manage the collections team to ensure timely and effective collections of outstanding debts. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing collection data, developing strategies to improve collection rates, coordinating with clients, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves training staff, setting performance goals, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in debt collection, credit management, and financial analysis
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to develop and implement collection strategies
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
