Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and resourceful
Business Development Specialist
. The ideal candidate will actively explore the market, visit potential project sites, network with key contacts (like builders, property developers, real estate agents), and help identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research upcoming residential and commercial projects through field visits and industry connections.
  • Conduct regular site visits to new residential communities, commercial complexes, and construction areas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, brokers, contractors, and property managers to source leads.
  • Track new construction, handover schedules, and occupancy updates for timely lead capture.
  • Collect and maintain detailed information about potential clients and projects for internal handoff.
  • Distribute brochures, coordinate local marketing efforts, and represent Tesor Designs at offline events and expos.
  • Work closely with the business development team to convert strong leads into formal opportunities.
  • Maintain lead records in internal tracking systems and provide regular reporting on progress and activities.
  • Keep updated with local real estate and construction developments to spot new prospects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, field sales, or a similar business development role.
  • Strong local market knowledge and ability to travel within the city or assigned regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for field networking.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to identify quality leads and present basic information about the company.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools and basic reporting systems.
