Salary Range:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive will play a vital role in managing relationships with offline retail staff and distributors in the electronic mobile accessories industry. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach to ensure smooth operations, maintain retailer/distributor satisfaction, and contribute to business growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing retailer and distributor needs, ensuring effective communication, and implementing strategies to enhance sales and service delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with offline staff, retail partners, and distributors to ensure satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for retailers and distributors, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's electronic mobile accessories to provide accurate information and support.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure retailers have adequate inventory, promotional materials, and timely updates.

  • Monitor retailer performance, track sales targets, and proactively address challenges.

  • Gather and analyze feedback from retailers to identify areas for product and service improvement.

  • Conduct regular visits to retail locations for training, feedback collection, and relationship strengthening.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize business revenue.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and feedback in the CRM system.

  • Prepare and present periodic reports on customer engagement and sales performance to management.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Hindi, English, and at least one South Indian language (Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam)
  • Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and offline sales channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to handling complaints/issues.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools/software.
  • Familiarity with the electronic mobile accessories market (preferred).
