We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Professional with a strong background in the export and marketing of Bulk Drugs (APIs) and Intermediates across global markets including Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive international sales of APIs and intermediates across designated territories.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and retain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base and identifying potential business partners.
  • Lead branding and marketing initiatives through digital and traditional channels to enhance product visibility.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from quotation to order closure and receivables follow-up.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Sales, Logistics) to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
  • Handle pricing strategies and assess product profitability based on market insights and internal costs.
  • Monitor and manage the sales budget, and provide regular performance updates including sales pipeline and client renewals.
  • Work closely with internal departments to support business operations including documentation, payment follow-ups, and dispatch coordination.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong exposure in international marketing and exports of APIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of global regulatory and quality compliance.
  • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to pricing and profitability.
  • Proficiency in coordinating across departments to meet delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.
