Key Responsibilities:

1 Drive strategies to boost engagement, participation, and meaningful discussions across forums, social platforms, and the community app.

2 Build and nurture strong relationships with members, advocates, and ambassadors.

3 Create and monitor engaging content (posts, newsletters, blogs, UGC) aligned with brand guidelines.

4 Plan and execute online/offline events launches, webinars, meetups, and fan activities.

5 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns, gather feedback, and improve user experience.

6 Track and analyze community metrics to measure success and identify improvements.

7 Oversee forums/groups, ensuring a respectful, safe, and engaging environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Experience: 5+ years in community management.
  2. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  3. Creativity: Strong content creation abilities, with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
  4. Event Management: Experience in organizing online and offline community events.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with community management tools, social media platforms, Discord, and content management systems.
  6. Candidate must be from Similar industry.
