Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant/Manager-Contract based in Ahmedabad. The role involves daily contract management tasks, including contract review, negotiation, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Assistant/Manager-Contract will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing support in the resolution of contract disputes.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Contracts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contract administration, vendor negotiations, and project documentation across multiple infrastructure projects. This role demands precision, leadership, and a deep understanding of contract law and project execution.

Requirements:

  • Attendance & Leave Management:
    Maintain accurate records of site staff attendance and leave schedules.
  • Payroll Administration:
    Coordinate salary processing, deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Accommodation & Mess Oversight:
    Manage staff housing and food arrangements at the site.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and maintain necessary records.
  • Site Onboarding & Exit Formalities:
    Handle joining formalities, documentation, and exit processes for site employees.

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR preferred).

  • Experience:
    4 to 8 years in Site HR/Admin roles, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Skills:
    Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, familiarity with HR software/tools, and understanding of labor laws.
  • Availability:
    Immediate joiners will be given preference.
