- Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, and API testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements.
- Identify and track defects.
- Assist in automation where applicable.
Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of QA testing experience, specifically with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA).
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
