Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Project Success Manager. The Project Success Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure successful completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with various teams, monitoring project progress, addressing issues as they arise, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Project Success Manager will also identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to strategic planning.

  • Strong communication, team coordination, and client management skills
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Experience in the technology or L&D industry is a plus
