Job Title: Sales Executive & Telecaller Real Estate
Locations: Pune & Nashik
Job Description:
We are hiring Sales Executives and Telecallers for our growing real estate team in Pune and Nashik, focused primarily on residential property sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, motivated, and capable of handling leads, site visits, and client relationships.
Pune Location:
- Office: Sinhgad Road (Telecaller role)
- Project Sites: Velhe, Khadakwasla, Mulshi
Nashik Location:
- Office: Canada Corner
- Project Sites: Indira Nagar, Nashik Road
- Note: 1 opening for plot sales with site visits to Vaitarna on weekends only
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with leads via calls, site visits & digital platforms.
- Explain residential project details and coordinate property visits.
- Support deal closures and post-sale customer service.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
Who Can Apply:
- Experience in real estate (residential sales preferred).
- Freshers with interest/knowledge in real estate are welcome.
- Good communication in Marathi, Hindi & English.
- Willingness to travel for site visits (Sales role).
Qualifications: HSC or Graduate; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
