Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Diploma Engineer with 6–7 years of hands-on experience in the construction field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, managing manpower, ensuring quality work, and maintaining project timelines at our construction sites in Aligarh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
  • Ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, labor, and project management teams.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
  • Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling and storage.
  • Verify site measurements and assist in quantity estimation and billing.
  • Ensure timely completion of work as per the project schedule.
  • Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of civil construction work (RCC, finishing, masonry, plastering, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and BOQs.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.
  • Experience with residential / commercial / industrial construction projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and site management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
