Area Sales Manager

Ceiling Impex Pvt. Ltd. (CIPL)

  • Locations: Chandigarh | Delhi | Bangalore | Hyderabad
  • Salary Range: 9 -15 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic professionals for our Lighting Vertical to lead project-based sales across metro markets. The candidate should have deep knowledge of Commercial/Architectural Lighting and proven success in building material or lighting project sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Lighting Solutions sales across large-scale projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, lighting consultants, builders & contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
  • Deliver on revenue targets and expand regional market presence.
  • Stay updated with smart lighting technologies, LED solutions, and energy-efficient innovations.
  • Manage project pipelines from specification to closure.
  • Lead and mentor regional sales teams where required.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 7-15 years in Lighting / Building Material industry with project sales focus.
  • Network: Strong connect with lighting consultants, architects, builders, contractors, and corporates.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of lighting applications, product specifications, and solutions.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
