We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts
with strong experience in TDS, GST and Accounts Receivable.

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Makarpura, Vadodara

Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter

Job Description:

a. TDS Compliance

i. Calculations pertaining to TDS

ii. Filing Quarterly TDS returns 24Q 26Q 27EQ 27Q, 26QB

iii. Solving queries pertaining to TDS Returns

iv. TDS Certificates, 26AS Reconciliation

b. GST Compliance

i. Filing GST Returns Monthly & Annually

ii. GST Reconciliation

iii. Matching ITC with ECL

iv. Maintaining calculations and records pertaining to GST Returns

v. Coordinating with Vendors for Mismatch due to GST

vi. Co-ordinating with GST Consultant for queries in Annual GST Returns

vii. Handling GST Audits by GST Department

viii. Handling Notices and Demands raised by GST Department

ix. Liasoning with GST Officials – Superintendent, AC, DC

c. Accounts Receivables

i. Weekly reporting to Management about Receivables

ii. Follow-up with Marketing Team for overdue receivables

iii. Determining Advances received from Debtors

iv. Settling Credit Notes against Material Rejections by Customers

v. EDPMS Clearing for Export Debtors

vi. Giving effect of Foreign Exchange Rate Difference

vii. Extension / Write off of Export debtors as per RBI Norms

d. Managing various tasks as assigned by Manager
