About iQuanti

iQuanti is a data-driven digital marketing and analytics firm delivering transformational growth for Fortune 500 brands. With a global footprint across India, the U.S., Canada and other geographies, we combine strategy, analytics, and execution to power performance marketing. The Operations team plays a critical role in scaling our delivery capability, optimizing workforce deployment, and enhancing delivery economics.

Role Overview

As the
Senior Manager – Resource Management & Operations
, you will be responsible for enterprise-wide workforce planning, enabling delivery efficiency, and operational KPI governance. This role is central to ensuring iQuanti delivers efficiently on client engagements while managing productivity and financial health.

You will oversee both the
strategic structuring
of the resource management function and the
day-to-day operational execution
of staffing, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Planning

  • Drive the design and implementation of a scalable framework for capacity planning, workforce optimization, and long-term sustainability, aligned with business growth targets.
  • Analyze and own key operational metrics —such as revenue per FTE, utilization, billability, and margins—and define targeted interventions for underperformance.
  • Conduct periodic assessments of current practices, models, and tools related to forecasting, resourcing intelligence, and staffing decisions to identify gaps and drive structured improvements.

Workforce Planning & Resource Allocation

  • Lead the end-to-end staffing life cycle: forecasting, allocation, onboarding, redeployment, and bench management – for all billable roles across functions and geographies.
  • Maintain short- and medium-term resourcing forecasts aligned with pipeline and delivery plans.
  • Ensure timely and quality fulfilment of resourcing needs for new, ramping, or backfilling projects.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to translate forecasts into actionable hiring plans.

Utilization & Operational Efficiency

  • Track, govern, and improve delivery KPIs including billable utilization, Revenue per FTE, and resourcing cost ratios.
  • Monitor bench levels, skill deployment patterns, and overall resource health; define interventions as needed.
  • Drive optimization through internal mobility, cross-skilling strategies, and proactive ramp planning.
  • Partner with Finance and Delivery to track engagement-level margins and recommend corrective actions.

Governance & Reporting

  • Establish centralized dashboards and metrics to monitor workforce health, productivity, and delivery efficiency metrics.
  • Define and implement governance structures and data feedback loops to continuously enhance RM effectiveness.
  • Recommend tooling improvements to enhance visibility and tracking of KPIs.
  • Own governance forums for resourcing and operational metrics—weekly staffing reviews, monthly ops scorecards, pipeline readiness, and margin watchouts.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as the central coordination point among Delivery, HR, Finance and Talent Acquisition.
  • Drive cross-departmental transparency around hiring needs, onboarding timing, and role readiness.
  • Integrate RM considerations into organizational initiatives like training, upskilling, employee engagement, and performance enablement.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, or operations in a digital, IT, or consulting services environment.
  • Structured thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative leader with a bias for execution and stakeholder alignment
  • Proven track record of handling a 200+ people unit, with demonstrated ability to plan and manage staffing requirements and capacity utilization across multiple projects.
  • Strong command of delivery operations metrics and ability to connect staffing strategies to business outcomes.
  • Ability to work with distributed teams and manage global operations.
  • Prior experience in developing and running org-level programs.
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing is a great-to-have.\
