The Senior Manager - Human Resources will be responsible for driving Bodycrafts people strategy across all business verticals Salon, Spa & Clinic. The role involves building a culture of performance, learning, and engagement, while aligning talent practices with organizational goals. The incumbent will lead all facets of HR, including talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and HR automation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with Bodycrafts growth roadmap.

Partner with leadership to shape organizational structure, talent pipelines, and future capability needs.

Champion Bodycrafts culture, values, and employee experience.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Design and drive the annual manpower plan and hiring strategy across corporate and operations.

Lead end-to-end recruitment through digital platforms, partnerships, and referral programs.

Conduct leadership and managerial interviews for key positions.

Talent Management & Development

Build and manage a structured Learning & Development framework across levels.

Conduct competency mapping and need-based training programs. Drive implementation of training calendars, master assessments, and learning dashboards.

Evaluate training effectiveness and integrate learnings into performance reviews.

Performance Management & Organizational Development

Design and institutionalize performance management systems and KPIs. Implement career progression frameworks and internal mobility pathways.

Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives. Support leadership development and succession planning.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Build engagement programs fostering collaboration, recognition, and belonging.

Drive the Rewards & Recognition (R&R) strategy across functions and levels.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends to improve retention.

HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee payroll management, benefits administration, and HR policy compliance.

Streamline HR processes through automation and digital tools.

Manage employee records, audits, and statutory compliances across all locations.

Reporting & Insights

Develop monthly and quarterly HR dashboards and MIS reports.

Generate insights on productivity, learning compliance, and talent effectiveness for management review.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

Masters Degree in Human Resources / MBA (HR) from a recognized institution

Preferred Skills & Competencies

812 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Experience in service or retail industry (beauty, wellness, or clinics preferred).

Strong understanding of talent management, learning design, and HR automation tools. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS platforms especially Darwinbox, Zing HR, and analytics tools.

Working Days:- 6 Day ( Sunday Off)
