Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Airlines Executive. As an Airlines Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring smooth operations of our airline services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and inquiries.

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

- Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

- Assist in the boarding and de-boarding process.

- Handle baggage and cargo handling.

- Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations.

- Maintain accurate records of passenger information and flight data.

- Handle cash and credit card transactions.

- Monitor flight arrivals and departures.

- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the airport and aircraft.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Hospitality, or related field.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Good knowledge of computer systems and reservation software.

- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.

- Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.

- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

- No prior experience required, freshers are welcome to apply.
