About the Role

Yaazhtech is looking for a skilled
Test Engineer
with strong experience in software quality assurance, automation, and Agile development practices. You'll work closely with Functional Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers to ensure that our software solutions are robust, reliable, and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Functional Analysts to identify, document, and execute detailed test cases and scenarios.
  • Participate in selecting appropriate testing tools, technologies, and frameworks to support high-quality software delivery.
  • Develop and implement
    automated test scenarios
    , including non-regression and performance tests.
  • Design and contribute to a
    shared testing framework
    in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Actively participate in the development of software solutions that meet client requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in software development projects with proven experience as a
    Test Engineer
    .
  • Strong background in
    web application testing
    and understanding of related technical constraints.
  • Hands-on experience with
    XRay
    ,
    Selenium
    , and
    JMeter
    .
  • Proven expertise in
    CI/CD pipelines
    for test automation and continuous quality improvement.
  • Ability to create comprehensive
    test plans
    , ensure
    requirement traceability
    , and manage
    defect documentation
    .
  • Experience in
    security and performance testing
    , including report analysis and optimization recommendations.
  • Knowledge of
    version control tools (e.g., Git)
    and Agile collaboration practices.
  • Awareness of
    digital accessibility standards
    and integration of accessibility tests into QA processes.
  • Experience in mentoring or training team members on best testing practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for summarizing and reporting test results.
