Work profile:
- Own and execute the Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Flipkart to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Manage Amazon & Flipkart Ads (PLA, display, promotions) to boost visibility and conversions.
- Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend actions for growth.
- Build strong relationships with marketplace teams and negotiate pricing, margins, and promotional tie-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) for seamless execution.
- Guide content/catalog teams to optimize listings, A+ content, and overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on platform policies, algorithm changes, and marketplace dynamics.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience managing a marketplace account with ₹50+ lakh/month sales.
- Hands-on experience with E-commerce Ads, promotions, and marketplace growth strategies.
- Data-driven, proficient in Excel, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- High ownership, agility, and thrive in fast-paced D2C/e-commerce environments.
