Work profile:

  • Own and execute the Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Flipkart to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Manage Amazon & Flipkart Ads (PLA, display, promotions) to boost visibility and conversions.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend actions for growth.
  • Build strong relationships with marketplace teams and negotiate pricing, margins, and promotional tie-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) for seamless execution.
  • Guide content/catalog teams to optimize listings, A+ content, and overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, algorithm changes, and marketplace dynamics.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience managing a marketplace account with ₹50+ lakh/month sales.
  • Hands-on experience with E-commerce Ads, promotions, and marketplace growth strategies.
  • Data-driven, proficient in Excel, dashboards, and analytical tools.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • High ownership, agility, and thrive in fast-paced D2C/e-commerce environments.
