Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead our brand tie-up initiatives. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and creating strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing collaborations with complementary brands and organizations to enhance our service offerings and reach new customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Identification & Outreach:

  • Proactively research and identify potential brand partners whose services or customer base align with Olatech Digital Solutions' offerings.

  • Develop and execute compelling outreach strategies to initiate contact and build relationships with prospective partners.

  • Relationship Management & Development:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related communications and activities.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closing:

  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives.

  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts with legal and management approval.

  • Strategic Collaboration & Go-to-Market:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement integrated go-to-market strategies for new partnerships.

  • Design and execute joint marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and co-selling initiatives.

  • Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Drive sales efforts stemming from brand tie-ups, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets directly attributed to partnership activities.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track the performance of all active brand tie-ups against agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Analyze data, generate regular reports on partnership effectiveness, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities within the digital solutions and technology sectors.

  • Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support) to ensure seamless integration and successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience:

  • Proven experience (typically 2-5+ years) in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the technology or digital solutions industry.

  • Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships or tie-ups.

  • Skills:

  • Exceptional Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to articulate value propositions and secure favorable agreements.

  • Strong Relationship Building: Aptitude for developing and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and revenue forecasting.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify market opportunities and develop innovative partnership strategies.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Skill in identifying trends and potential partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software: Experience with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
  • Results-Driven: A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-Motivated & Proactive: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for addressing challenges and finding effective solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
