Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/Workday and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave records, and salary changes with the Finance team.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
- Assist in performance management processes, appraisal cycles, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, procedures, and standard operating processes.
- Collaborate with recruitment, L&D, and other HR functions for seamless HR service delivery.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools (Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactor, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information.
