Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/Workday and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave records, and salary changes with the Finance team.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Assist in performance management processes, appraisal cycles, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, procedures, and standard operating processes.
