Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Submission Associate (Academic Manuscripts) located in Gurugram. We are seeking a meticulous and organized
Technical Submission Associate (Academic Manuscripts)
to manage the final preparation and online submission of research documents to various academic journals. This is a task-oriented role perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys working with structured guidelines and templates.

This role does not involve conducting research, writing scientific content, or providing strategic advice. The primary focus is on ensuring technical and administrative compliance for document submission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare research manuscripts for submission by strictly adhering to specific journal guidelines (formatting, referencing, structure).
  • Perform final quality checks on documents for consistency, completeness, and compliance.
  • Manage the online submission process through various journal portals and websites.
  • Track submission statuses and maintain clear records for each project.
  • Communicate with researchers to request missing documents or clarify formatting requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile / Requirements:

  • An associate's or bachelor's degree is sufficient. A
    PhD & Content writer or specialist are not required
    for this role. 20
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to follow complex, detailed instructions.
  • Strongly Preferred: Prior experience with LaTeX typesetting.
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
