Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Customer Success Associate
with hands-on experience in international customer support and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle global customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and customer support to international clients via voice/chat/email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries related to products or services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • Excellent fluency and active listening skills.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or undergraduate candidates are eligible.

Experience:

  • Minimum
    6 months of international process experience
    (mandatory).
  • Technical support/troubleshooting experience
    is mandatory.

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days working
    ,
